SHIPPING FEES

 

- Local delivery (CT18 / CT19 / CT20 / CT21 / CT15 / CT16 / CT17 / CT1 / CT2 / CT3 / CT4) - £ 4.95

If you are outside these postcodes areas, we will ship the plant via the post.

- Standard UK delivery (1/2 working days) - £ 5.95

We are able to offer a wide range of houseplants available for delivery across the United Kingdom.

Indoor plants shipment is something we take very seriously. We ship on specific days from Monday to Thursday, to avoid your plants sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

All our deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail or DPD directly to you. All orders should be expected to arrive within 2-5 working days, however delivery times are not guaranteed.

All plants are shipped in their nursery pot.

We protect thoroughly the plant, so be careful with opening on arrival. 100% of the packaging used is recylced or recyclable.

We have a couple of larger and heavier plants in stock. For now, these are listed as local delivery only. Please do feel free to contact us if you have any special requests.

 

RETURNS

INDOOR PLANTS (Perishable goods):

As with all living things, plants are unique. Whilst the pot size remains the same, please note that the plant may differ slightly in color or shape from the one pictured in the listing.

*We are unfortunately unable to accept the return of live indoor plants.*

We are committed to delivering quality. We inspect all items before dispatch and throroughly pack them to avoid damage on their way to you.

 

In the event of a problem with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery via hello@rootedhouseplants.com or simply start a whatsapp chat here.

If your plant is in a bad condition or has been damaged during transit you should let us know immediately and take photographs of the issue so we can help you. We will get back to you as soon as possible with questions to understand the state it arrived in and how you've been looking after the plant. We will always do our best to help you. Of course, if we can’t fix the problem we'll offer a replacement or refund.

Our 7 days claim policy does not apply to plants that have been repotted from their original nursery pots and we are unable to accept returns or refund the cost of plants that have been repotted.

NON PERISHABLE GOODS (pots, watering cans):

We are happy to accept the return of other non perishable goods within 21 days after delivery and provided that they are in the same condition that they were sent in. We are unable to cover the cost of posting returns. We therefore advise that you use a tracked service to cover lost parcels.
